Hessen Mobil is the mobility service provider of the state of Hesse. We plan, build and maintain around 15,200 km of route network and ensure that you get from A to B safely throughout Hesse. Measurement forms an essential basis for project processing at Hessen Mobil. The current implementation of the BIM methodology in our administration will also change existing processes in the area of surveying.

To strengthen the Planning and Construction Department of South Hesse, we are looking for one or one for the Darmstadt or Heppenheim sites in the area of surveying as soon as possible:

Engineer (f/m/d) specializing in surveying or geoinformatics

What to expect:

• Preparation, implementation and evaluation of survey work in basic, engineering and building owner surveying
• Design, execution and evaluation of precision measurements
• Preparation of service descriptions, support of procurement processing, support, acceptance and billing of surveying engineering services
• Preparation of project-related schedule and cost planning
• Organization of order-related work (quality assurance, professional support, organization of road safety measures)
• Commissioning and supervising government surveying services

What you bring with you:

• Completed university degree (FH diploma/Bachelor) in the field Surveying, geoinformatics or comparable qualification
• Relevant expertise in the area of Engineering survey in road and bridge construction as well as in the handling of procurement matters
• Open-mindedness and willingness to work digitally
• Ability to independently familiarise yourself with
  • surveying software
  • technical advances in geodesy and geoinformatics
  • Vestra road planning software
  • BIM-specific software
• Very good oral and written language skills in German (at least C1)
• Systematic, goal-oriented and independent way of working, as well as the ability to think and act economically
• The job involves business trips. A class B driving license is therefore required
