In this area of responsibility, the basis for collecting development contributions in accordance with Section 127 ff of the Building Code (BauGB) and road construction contributions in accordance with Section 8 (1) sentence 2 in conjunction with Section 8a of the Municipal Tax Act (CISA) is created in close cooperation with the Building Administration Office.
