• GIS user support: They support internal users in using the GIS software and support them in case of problems. Developing training concepts and carrying out user training courses is just as much a part of your daily routine as creating system documentation and user manuals.
• Geodata analysis: They handle data processing and spatial evaluations in accordance with internal and external requirements (e.g. BNA queries, infrastructure data atlas and key figure calculation).
• GIS system management and process optimization: You are responsible for recording and implementing technical requirements on your own. You will also optimize technical relationships and processes, make adjustments to the data model and GIS configuration, and coordinate external GIS service providers.
• Digital line information management: In close cooperation with the IT department and manufacturers, you will be responsible for the development, requirements management and operation of our web systems to provide line information to external customers and implement the requirements of regulations and technical security management.
• ALKIS data maintenance: Your tasks also include maintaining and maintaining the ALKIS interface (NAS) and the individual basemap, updating the individual basemap, and updating the street database and the street key for internal use.

This will convince us

• You have successfully completed a degree in geoinformatics, geosciences with a focus on GIS or a comparable education and have several years of professional experience in a corresponding subject area.
• You are experienced in using ESRI applications and may also be familiar with the VertiGIS product family and the open source software QGIS.
• You have extensive experience with database management systems and basic geodata.
• You have excellent SQL skills. Good knowledge of Python is an advantage.
• You are familiar with automation processes in the GIS environment.
