From now on, we are looking for you as Head of Mobility Intelligence (m/f/d)!

Your tasks

• You lead an engineering team of 7+ people who develop an innovative web application for tomorrow's mobility market
• You are developing a new and innovative product. Together with your team, the product owner, Scrum Master and product management, it is your task to bring the product to market and establish a sustainable and high-quality agile development process
• Development teams at ioki work very independently. Your task is to enable them to work efficiently and you take care of the cross-team processes and interfaces.
• We have high quality standards in software development. You help teams maintain this standard and have enough experience to be able to assess this
• Together with your team, you make technical decisions regarding architecture and implementation details. You maintain and improve software development standards, tools and processes and help your team to constantly grow in these areas
• You are the interface to stakeholders outside the dev teams and work closely with the teams to take the continuous improvement of the product to the next level with frequent releases
• You take care of the existing members of your team, but also staffing issues if you want the team to grow. Helping others as a developer but also as a person is a matter close to your heart
• You are part of the Technology & Engineering leadership team at ioki.
• You work closely with other leads and the CTO to develop and successfully implement a joint technical vision of ioki

job requirements

What should you bring with you?

• You have several years of experience in software development, including as a software engineer
• You have already worked in agile development teams and have also taken on management responsibility
• You enjoy and have experience in creating, maintaining and developing complex web applications
• You know what you have to do as a team to develop a maintainable, stable and tested system and you can get people excited about it
• You are actively involved in shaping things, have organizational talent and enjoy growing as a team and building a relationship of trust in which your team can also grow
• You have an independent, goal-oriented and result-oriented way of working and a willingness to take on responsibility with high standards of quality in your own work
• You are fluent in German and English

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience in (public) transport, routing, geodata, map-based applications
• Experience with storing, processing, and processing large amounts of data
• Practical experience in the specific technologies used in the project
