Engineer (m/f/d) for the Department of Surveying and Property Management

Your tasks:

• You will take on the technical and organizational management and further development of the subject area of surveying and property management
• You are responsible for the management and development of currently 5 employees
• They are responsible for carrying out all tasks in the area of surveying, real estate and land acquisition throughout the association, such as inventory, inventory documentation of all plants of the Niers Association, preparation of the surveying principles for planning construction projects, surveying support in the execution of construction projects, etc.
• You determine the task allocation within the team, you plan the task completion after coordinated prioritization
• You will adjust the technical equipment according to requirements and strategic orientation
• They define the measurement services for the planning and execution of construction projects as well as the procurement of survey lines
• You take on special tasks for the association

your profile

• You have a degree (Master/Dipl.-Ing.) specializing in geodesy or surveying
• You have the ability to perform tasks independently, combined with high communication skills, a sense of responsibility, decisiveness and assertiveness
• You have a class B driving license
• It would be desirable to: You have several years of professional experience in the field of engineering surveying
• You have already gained initial leadership experience
