The Hexagon Geospatial division develops geoinformation and location intelligence solutions for customers in the transportation, traffic and government sectors. As part of your job, you will be involved in servicing our customers and implementing projects.

• Analysis, specification, configuration and testing of customer requirements in the transportation sector
• Support in the installation, approval and commissioning of software solutions
• Independent, independent analysis and tracking of customer tickets
• Close cooperation with our international development teams to solve errors and further develop the products for the benefit of our customers (stakeholders)
• Conducting technical presentations, workshops and training for customers

job requirements

• Completed technical (technical) university degree or technical education in the fields of geoinformatics, geodesy, geomatics, cartography or comparable
• Good knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Good general IT skills, particularly when working with Windows server operating systems and databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server or PostGIS)
• Independent, team-oriented and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer orientation, high quality awareness and strong analytical skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Good communication skills
• Very good German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
