Planner (m/f/d) with a focus on spatial control of wind energy

Since October 21, 2009, the RVR has taken over regional planning for the association area of the Ruhr Regional Association and has been the regional planning authority for this area ever since.
In order to implement the greater expansion of wind energy aimed at by the Federal Government, the “State Regional Planning” unit is to be strengthened. In the following position, you can expect varied, creative, responsible activities in an interdisciplinary team.

Area of Responsibility:
- Implementation of regional planning procedures (regional plan changes, target deviation procedures)
- Implementation of state planning adjustment procedures in accordance with Section 34 of the State Planning Act
- Preparation of regional planning statements
- Advising Municipalities and Specialist Services on the Preparation and Implementation of Regional Planning Relevant Plans for Wind Energy Use
Our Expectations for You:
- Completed scientific university degree (diploma/master) in the field of spatial planning, geography, landscape planning or state administration
- Successful completion of an urban planning or state administration traineeship (in the case of civil service)
- Profound planning knowledge, particularly in the area of spatial control of wind turbines
- Experience in the independent processing and implementation of projects and administrative procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of building planning and regional planning law
- GIS knowledge
- Administrative experience in the area of regional planning (desirable)
