This is a permanent full-time position with a weekly working time of currently 39 hours.
The area of responsibility mainly comprises the following activities:
• You take over the professional management of employees in the area of building management
• You carry out independent, coordinating and organizational activities in the area of building management and are the point of contact for department management.
• You decide on the allocation of tasks, set priorities and control the proper, appropriate and appropriate execution.
• You are responsible for managing, managing and achieving the goals of the department as well as budget responsibility, planning and monitoring
• You work on processes of particular difficulty and significance
• You represent building management in working groups and political bodies
• You are responsible for evaluating the organization, task performance and personnel assessment of the subject area
• You ensure the concerns of occupational health and safety as well as data protection in the subject area
Your profile:
• Completed training as an administrative assistant with a second administrative examination (administrative specialist).
• Your strengths include leadership and conflict management, the ability to work in a team, communication skills and a high degree of independence and organizational skills.
• You have a strong sense of service and are able to express yourself well in writing and orally.
• Structured, independent, responsible and cost-conscious way of working
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills and communication skills
• Good knowledge of procurement and procurement is desirable
• Experience with relevant technical and legal principles in building construction is an advantage
• Experienced use of common IT programs (in particular Microsoft Office);
• Knowledge of building management software or a willingness to acquire it is desirable
• The unrestricted ability to access places that are not barrier-free (e.g. construction sites, ladders, scaffolding, technical centers, roofs, etc.)
• Class B or Class 3 driving license and the willingness to use a private car for business trips in return for travel compensation
