Head of Department (m/f/d) Urban Planning

for the full-time urban development office.

Your tasks:

• the management of the department with currently four employees
• the preparation and preparation of construction plans taking into account the aspects of sustainable settlement development, high urban planning quality and legal certainty
• the development of urban planning studies and design concepts
• providing qualified advice to citizens and architects
• the presentation of the plans to committees and to the public

Your profile:

• a completed university degree in urban and regional planning or architecture with a focus on urban planning or a comparable subject
• Safety and creativity in design and planning
• profound knowledge of construction and planning law
• confident appearance and negotiation skills
• independent work combined with the ability to work in a team
• Personal initiative with a high willingness to take responsibility and perform
• Management experience with excellent interpersonal skills is desirable
