What tasks await you?
Are you interested in the Real Estate Register? Then challenging and interesting tasks await you in the area of cadastral renewal and taking over real estate surveys. In particular, this includes the following tasks:
- They plan and process surveying work for cadastral renewal. To do this, you analyse the geometric quality of the real estate register and manage the awards to external surveying agencies.
- They independently transfer the results of these renewal surveys and further property surveys to the real estate register. To do this, you carry out your own calculations and, if necessary, homogenizations to improve the quality of the property map.
- We train surveying technicians — in this way, you will help with the training.
Depending on professional experience and appropriate qualifications, it is possible to delegate further tasks.
What do we expect from you?
- We expect to have completed a degree in surveying engineering with a diploma in engineering or a bachelor's degree.
What else should you bring with you?
- The willingness to attend training courses for further qualification, in particular to familiarise yourself with specific IT applications and measurement procedures, is required.
