Intern/working student in the field of real estate research (m/f/d)

Your tasks

· Collection, evaluation and preparation of real estate-relevant data

· Setting up, managing and maintaining databases

· Collaboration in preparing market and location analyses

· Preparation of thematic maps or analysis of real estate relevant data using GIS

Your profile:

· Student of a bachelor's or master's degree program in geography, geoinformatics, urban planning or a comparable degree program

· Good basic GIS knowledge in ArcGIS Pro or QGIS

· Experienced in working with MS Office products, in particular Excel

· Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills

· Strong analytical skills and a passion for creative thinking

· Conscientious and independent way of working

· Team spirit, openness and initiative
