Your tasks with us:
- Management of the Cadastral Update Division
- Management and Supervision of All Tasks to Be Carried Out in the Subject Area
- Preliminary examination of own and submitted survey documents for suitability to continue the real estate register
- Complaint about faulty survey documents
- Responsible audit and decision on continuation cases dealt with in the subject area, even if they are large and of poor cadastral quality and in cases of particular importance
- Completion of particularly difficult and significant special cadastral update tasks (review and decision on the continuation of extensive land clean-up and reallocation results, water surveys, cadastral renewals, etc.)
This is what you bring with you:
- Completed Studies (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Geodesy, Surveying, Geoinformation or Completed Studies in a Comparable Engineering or Geoscience/Technical Field with Equivalent Qualification
- If applicable, the qualification for career group 2, 1st entry office of the Surveying Administration Service, as well as the civil service requirements for the status office.
In addition, the following are desirable:
- Many years of experience as well as profound legal, professional and technical knowledge in the area of real estate cadastre, knowledge of AAA data modelling and GIS processing
