That Office for Real Estate, Surveying and Cadastre Deals with Cologne Properties, the Valuation and Measurement of Land, the Proof of Land in the Official Real Estate Register and Land Planning.

The Department of Land Valuations In its function as office of the Expert Committee for Real Estate Values in the City of Cologne, makes an important contribution to creating transparency on the Cologne real estate market. The Department also acts as an internal city service provider on the subject of real estate values as well as rental and lease values for all municipal offices. Due to the size of the department (around 40 people), professional exchange is always guaranteed.

We are looking Surveyor (m/f/d) in the Land Valuations Department for the Area of Land Valuation and Urban Development Appraisal in the Area of Land Valuation (in the Districts of Chorweiler, Porz, Kalk and Mülheim), Urban Development Appraisal and Rental Valuations.

After an induction phase, work independently and explore the exciting and diverse properties of the Cologne City Council. The majority of office work is supplemented by local viewing appointments.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have successfully completed your studies as an engineer in the field of surveying (university diploma or bachelor's degree). In addition to the mentioned studies, civil servants have the qualifications of career group 2, 1st entrance office of the surveying service (formerly senior surveying administration service).

WE OFFER YOU:

We offer you not only a financially future-proof job with all the benefits of public service, but also regular weekly working hours of 39 hours for employees and 41 hours for civil servants.

The position is rated according to grade 11 of the public service collective agreement (TVöD) for employees or according to grade A 11 career group 2 (formerly senior service) under the Remuneration Act for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (LBESG NRW) for civil servants.

The salary range in Pay Group 11 (TVöd-VKA) is between 3622.16€ (experience level 1) and 5463.69€ (experience level 6) for full-time employment.

In addition to the monthly table pay, you will receive monthly inflation compensation of 220 euros (net, for full-time employment, for part-time employment as a percentage) until February 29, 2024.

From March 1, 2024, the monthly table fee - subject to final editorial negotiations - will rise by between 8 percent and 16 percent, but is expected to rise by at least 340 euros (large).

Your professional experience will be taken into account when assigning them to the level of experience within the pay bracket, as far as possible under collective bargaining law.

The hiring is indefinite. Employment is possible part-time and full-time.
