There are two positions to fill in the Department of Land Planning and Local Development Law in the subject area “Extracts from local building and planning law, construction plan inventory, building load register”. In this area of responsibility, the Cologne building load register is maintained in close cooperative cooperation with the building inspectorate.

We not only offer you a financially future-proof job with all the benefits of public service, but also regular weekly working hours of 39 hours for employees and 41 hours for civil servants.

The position is rated according to grade 10 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD) for employees or according to grade A 10 career group 2 (formerly paid service) under the Remuneration Act for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (LBESG NRW) for civil servants.

The salary range in grade 10 (TVöd-vka) is between €3,492.26 (experience level 1) and 4,950.36 (experience level 6) for full-time employment.

In addition to the monthly table fee, you will receive monthly inflation compensation of 220€ (net, in the case of full-time employment, as a percentage for part-time employment) until February 29, 2024.

From March 1, 2024, the monthly table fee — subject to final editorial negotiations — will rise between 8 percent and 16 percent, but is expected to be at least 340€ (gross).

Your professional experience will be gladly taken into account when assigning it to the level of experience within the pay group, as far as possible under collective bargaining law. The recruitment is for an indefinite period. Employment is possible on a part-time and full-time basis.
