The position is in city service surveying, cadastre, department Real estate cadastre to fill and is listed as A13 LBesG NRW and E13 TVöD. She is to be filled indefinitely as soon as possible and has a working time share of 100%.

They assume responsibility for the area of cadastral transfer and for the further development of task performance. In doing so, you always keep an eye on the employees and take them with you on their journey together.

The real estate register forms the basis for verifying all properties in the urban area as well as for a variety of planning activities carried out by third parties.

• In the position of cadastral update department manager, you ensure uniform performance of tasks by employees. You support the employees entrusted to you through regular feedback and open communication.
• All activities within the team are subject to appropriate controlling using current legislation and with a continuous eye on technical development.
• You use your expertise to review survey documents and process them with the help of the ALKIS specialist application. The completion of particularly difficult and significant special tasks, such as the continuation of extensive land clean-up and relocation results, water surveys or cadastral renewals, is an incentive and gladly accepted challenges for you.
• If there are deficiencies in survey documents, submit the complaint to the surveying office. In principle, you want a collegial dialogue, but you can also give well-founded reasons for your technical interpretation.
• As a basis for securing land ownership, you carry out final audits in order to comply with the four-eyes principle and make decisions on the continuation cases dealt with in the subject area, even in cases of large scale and poor cadastral quality and in cases of particular importance.

The basis of their work for citizens and businesses in our city is 

• a degree (diploma/bachelor/master) in the field of geodesy, surveying, geoinformation or completed studies in a comparable engineering or geoscientific-technical field with equivalent qualifications
• ideally supplemented by qualification for career group 2, 1st entry office of the surveying administrative service, and the civil service requirements for the status office.
