The surveying office in Radolfzell is looking for a surveyor (f/m/d) for the real estate register department as soon as possible.

Your new tasks

1. You are responsible for reviewing your own and submitted survey documents (aptitude test).
2. They coordinate the transfer of soil assessment results.
3. You are the contact person for all technical questions for external and internal customers in your area of responsibility.
4. The Deputy Head of Unit will be offered to you without obligation after familiarization.
   

your profile

1. You have a degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master) in the field of surveying, geodesy, geomatics or a comparable qualification.
2. You have the qualification for the high-level surveying administrative service or want to obtain this as quickly as possible.
3. You have extensive experience with the special surveying specialist programs.
4. You have good knowledge of how to structure the official real estate register and are also happy to have practical experience in the field.
5. You are fluent in the German language at least at level C1.
6. Your strengths include communication skills, assertiveness and a sense of responsibility.
7. They are characterized by an independent, structured and reliable way of working.
