YOUR FUTURE TASKS:
They...
- carry out survey work to prepare official site plans and basic topographic plans (building, civil engineering and landscape construction)
- create and maintain construction site and elevation networks
- prepare layout plans and check provided plans
- accompany simple construction surveys for urban engineering buildings and other high-rise buildings
- secure evidence, final and deformation measurements in accordance with DIN 1076
- participate in survey work for the planning, construction and monitoring of surface and underground traffic facilities (light rail and bridge construction)
- participate in the capture and processing of 3D point clouds
- develop and teach new measurement techniques
YOUR PROFILE
Successful completion of a course of study (at least FH — diploma or bachelor) as an engineer specializing in surveying is required. For civil servants, in addition to the above studies, the qualification of career group 2, 1st entrance office of the surveying service (formerly senior surveying administrative service)

- have field service experience, including the ability to guide and manage measurement assistants and security posts as well as experience in the field of civil engineering surveying
- bring as much experience as possible in the area of new measurement techniques (such as 3D scanning) and show a willingness to develop and teach such techniques in the department
- have digital skills, are comfortable using the GeoGraf program and have good knowledge of the KAFKA, NIGRA, TRABBI software (or similar software) as well as initial knowledge of AutoCAD or BricsCAD software
- bring enthusiasm, assertiveness and the ability to work in a team
- Have a safe and competent appearance on construction sites as well as at construction and coordination meetings
- are (individually) highly resilient, in particular due to tight deadlines in the building construction sector (adjustment to construction site rhythms, i.e. working on weekends or at night, if necessary)
- Are free from vertigo and able to work in tight spaces
- have gender competence and diversity convictions
- Are ready to obtain a city driver's license

The recruitment is for an indefinite period. The position is rated according to grade A 10 career group 2 (formerly senior service) under the Remuneration Act for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (LBesG NRW) or according to grade 10 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD).
The salary range in pay group 10 (TVöd-vka) is between 4,012.19€ (experience level 1) and 5,596.64€ (experience level 6) for full-time employment. Your professional experience will be gladly taken into account when assigning it to the level of experience within the pay group, as far as possible under collective bargaining law.
Employment is possible on a part-time and full-time basis.
