Munich State Building Authority 2

The Munich State Building Authority 2 is one of 22 state building authorities in Bavaria that were newly formed following the decision of the Bavarian State Government as part of the “Administration 21” project. It was created in this way at the beginning of 2006 through the merger of the Munich University Building Office and the Technical University of Munich Building Department.

We are responsible for the construction work of all state universities and colleges as well as the associated university hospitals in Munich. In addition, we provide structural support for the Bavarian State Parliament and the properties of university-related institutions such as the Leibniz Computing Center, the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and the Heart Center.
