Why real estate valuation positions are particularly difficult to fill

Land valuation is one of the most specialized tasks within surveying and real estate. Specialists in this area prepare market value reports, determine land benchmarks, work in expert committees and evaluate land for municipal and private purposes. The combination of surveying knowledge, real estate law and market knowledge makes these profiles extremely scarce.
